Shaquem Griffin announces NFL retirement after 4 seasons

Shachem  Griffin has decided to retire of his position in the NFL in the midst  of four NFL seasons. he said in an article in the Players Tribune  article on Wednesday. 

In the case of Griffin, "Plan A" is to utilize his college degree to "make things happen." 

After  long discussions about the future of football with NFL Commissioner  Roger Goodell, Griffin will be a part of the NFL Legends community. 

Help former athletes, such as helping out and helping underprivileged communities across the nation. 

Griffin was selected by the Seahawks in the fifth round of UCF in 2018. 

Griffin played 25 tackles and one sack between 2018 to 2020 in Seattle. 

He was signed by the Dolphins in 2021. He was released in the month of October following a stint in the practice team. 

However,  Griffin demonstrated that he is deserving of an opportunity to play in  the league by putting on an amazing performance in the 2018 season.
