Inaki Williams Gets World Cup Chance Thanks To African Roots

Williams has the opportunity to play in this year's World Cup because of his African roots.

Inaki Williams will be back as a starter at Athletic Bilbao for another season.

A true striker should be more visible or out on the wings.

But Williams' spot with the Spain national soccer team was not certain

He was able to make the right decision when Ghana called.

Ghana recruited overseas players to play in the World Cup.

Williams, age 8.28, was the son of Ghanaian parents.

In 2016, he made an appearance at a friendly match.

Williams accepted the invitation to participate in the World Cup.
